It has a been a very busy time of year for Gladney. November, was National Adoption Month, and they had a lot of additional outreach efforts to community partners such as hospitals, counseling centers, OB offices, and pregnancy centers. Personal referral is still an incredibly important way for clients to find them, even in the internet age. As a direct or indirect result, they had 7 placements last month!
As of today, they are working with 57 birth mothers including those who are expecting, matched, or recently placed. Last summer this number was in the 30s, so there is a lot on the horizon and a lot going on behind the scenes that they are hopeful will have a positive impact on their placements as we finish out the year and head into 2023! Additionally, they are currently working with 117 Active families in the Domestic Infant program. We are 92nd in line.
